Our Weekly Menu
A single portion is designed to feed one adult generously. The “small and simple” dinners are 2/3 the size of our regular portion. Some meals are available as “doubles” - those are twice the size of a regular single. It all depends upon your appetite!

Monday
Lemon and thyme seasoned chicken roasted on a bed of sweet potatoes, finished with a simple pan reduction. Comes with broccoli or green beans. *GF
Our bacon-wrapped meatloaf with cheddar mashed potatoes and green beans or carrots.
Traditional turkey and cheese meatballs (with potato, breaded and browned) served with mashed potatoes and gravy and carrots or broccoli. *GF
Tuesday
Ground beef and mushrooms in a luxurious sour cream sauce served on a bed of egg noodles with carrots or sautéed zucchini.
Turkey tenderloin with cornbread stuffing, gravy, vegetable, and cranberry sauce. *GF
Boneless pork chops stuffed with in-house-made gluten-free cornbread stuffing with roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts or carrots. *GF
Diced sautéed white meat chicken in a casserole with mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and tortellini, topped with a white sauce and Parmesan cheese and baked.
Wednesday
Thinly sliced grilled BBQ flank steak with roasted potatoes and green beans or carrots. *GF
Boneless chicken marinated in lime and lemon juice, honey, and a touch of garlic, grilled and coated with additional sauce. Comes with risotto or jasmine rice and green beans or broccoli. *GF
Stacked breaded and browned slices of eggplant with mozzarella and fresh basil leaves, topped with a simple tomato sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Comes with sauce-dressed pasta.
Thursday
Sautéed shrimp and mushrooms in a tomato/garlic cream sauce, served over mashed potatoes or pasta with a side vegetable (carrots or green beans). **GF with mashed potatoes.
Breaded and browned thinly pounded pork tenderloin topped with mushroom gravy, served over egg noodles. Comes with braised red cabbage or carrots.
A luxurious layering of lasagna, eggplant, and roasted red bell peppers with pesto, tomato sauce, and a topping of Bechamel.
Friday
Thinly sliced roast beef with a Dijon mustard and caper sauce served with steamed potatoes and green beans or Brussels sprouts. *GF
Stir-fried chicken in a light ginger sesame sauce with loads of cashews and bell peppers. Comes with Jasmine rice and broccoli or carrots. *GF
Vegetarian "meatballs" with sautéed veggies and nuts, with a spinach-basil pesto and pesto-dressed pasta.
