Our Weekly Menu
A single portion is designed to feed one adult generously. The “small and simple” dinners are 2/3 the size of our regular portion. Some meals are available as “doubles” - those are twice the size of a regular single. It all depends upon your appetite!

Monday
Chicken scallopini and sautéed mushrooms in a Marsala cream sauce. Comes with mashed potatoes or egg noodles and braised red cabbage or carrots. **GF with mashed potatoes.
Grilled shrimp served with orzo salad (with Feta, cucumbers, fresh herbs, and a light lemon dressing) and broccoli or sautéed zucchini.
Baked turkey meatballs loaded with fresh ginger and scallions in a slightly spicy Asian orange/sesame sauce (reminiscent of General Tso sauce), served with rice and carrots or broccoli. *GF
Tuesday
Thinly sliced grilled BBQ flank steak with roasted potatoes and roasted cauliflower or carrots. *GF
Haddock filets glazed in honey mustard roasted with Brussels sprouts, red bell peppers, and carrots. Comes with red potatoes. *GF
Boneless breast of chicken stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese, breaded and browned, then finished in the oven. Comes with pasta and buttered corn or carrots.

Wednesday
Sauteed shrimp topped with a slightly spicy tomato sauce and Feta cheese and baked. Comes with pasta and green beans or spinach.
Sliced turkey breast over steamed broccoli, topped with white sauce and Parmesan cheese and baked. Comes with Jasmine rice. *GF
Small and simple - Hand-formed meatballs in tomato sauce served over pasta.
Thursday
Melt-in-your-mouth meatballs in a sour cream sauce served over egg noodles with carrots or red cabbage.
Boneless chicken marinated in lime and lemon juice, honey, and a touch of garlic, grilled and coated with additional sauce. Comes with risotto or jasmine rice and green beans or broccoli. *GF

Friday
A traditional pot roast (with carrots, celery, and onions) served with mashed potatoes and a side vegetable. *GF
Roasted turkey breast, spaghetti, and peas in a white sauce with cheese, mushrooms, bacon, and olives.
Fresh butternut squash-filled ravioli with a sage brown butter sauce and frizzled fresh sage.
Saturday
Pulled pork with baked beans, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and a corn muffin. *GF
