Our Weekly Menu
A single portion is designed to feed one adult generously. The “small and simple” dinners are 2/3 the size of our regular portion. Some meals are available as “doubles” - those are twice the size of a regular single. It all depends upon your appetite!

Monday
Pork tenderloin marinated with honey-dijon mustard and maple syrup, browned and roasted with sliced pears. Comes with mashed sweet potatoes and spinach or green beans. *GF
Haddock filets topped with a white sauce and buttered GF breadcrumbs. Comes with Jasmine rice or roasted potatoes and green beans or glazed carrots. *GF
Chicken breasts braised with artichokes and mushrooms in a light sauce, finished with a splash of sherry, with mashed potatoes or egg noodles and spinach or carrots. **GF with mashed potatoes.
Diced roast turkey breast and mixed vegetables in turkey gravy, topped with a pastry crust.
Tuesday
Breaded and browned thinly pounded pork tenderloin topped with mushroom gravy, served over egg noodles. Comes with braised red cabbage or carrots.
Lean browned beef with peppers and onions in a beef broth/tomato sauce with paprika and sour cream, served on egg noodles or roasted potatoes with carrots or braised red cabbage. **GF with potatoes
Chicken roasted (on the bone) on a bed of onions with a honey-orange glaze, served with rice pilaf and green beans or broccoli. *GF
Small and Simple Elbow macaroni mixed with ground beef in a vegetable/tomato sauce, a take-off of a diner classic.
Order no later than 1:30 Tuesday for free delivery late Tuesday afternoon, while availability remains.

Wednesday
Tender veal scaloppine in a lemon/caper/butter sauce with sautéed leeks. Served with Pommes Anna and spinach or green beans. *GF.
Chicken braised in a tomato sauce rich with peppers, mushrooms, onions, and capers. Served with roasted potatoes or egg noodles and spinach or carrots. *GF with potatoes.
A “deconstructed” Caesar salad (dressing and croutons to the side) with our grilled marinated steak tips.

Thursday
Breaded and browned chicken cutlets topped with a lemon/butter/caper sauce on pasta with a side vegetable.
Salisbury steak topped with onion gravy with mashed potatoes, peas, and carrots.
Stir-fried tofu and veggies in a maple-ginger sauce served over rice. *GF

Friday
Shrimp marinated in a honey/garlic/ginger sauce, grilled, and served with brown rice and carrots or broccoli. *GF
A rich beef chili base topped with gluten-free cornbread, with sour cream to the side. *GF
Small and Simple White meat chicken basted and grilled with barbecue sauce, with mashed potatoes or potato salad and carrots or broccoli. *GF
