Our Weekly Menu
A single portion is designed to feed one adult generously. The “small and simple” dinners are 2/3 the size of our regular portion. Some meals are available as “doubles” - those are twice the size of a regular single. It all depends upon your appetite!

Monday
A leaner version of traditional meatloaf, served with mashed potatoes or jasmine rice and broccoli or carrots.
A base of rich bean chili topped with GF cornbread and cheese. Comes with sour cream to the side. Add guacamole, +$2/portion. *GF
Fully loaded with three cheeses and an in-house made white sauce.
Tuesday
Chicken breasts seasoned with warm spices and apple cider, roasted with sliced apples. Served with brown rice and broccoli or green beans. *GF
Made with a homemade white sauce, roasted red bell peppers, and peas.
Fried rice loaded with lean hand-diced pork tenderloin and fresh veggies. *GF
Wednesday
A classic preparation of braised chicken with red wine, bacon, and sautéed mushrooms, served with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach or green beans. *GF
Pork tenderloin seasoned and roasted with fresh rosemary and herbs, with mashed sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts or spinach. *GF
Small and Simple. Roast breast of turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, and a vegetable. *GF
Thursday
Haddock filets topped with a mixture of seasoned breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Served with roasted potatoes and carrots or roasted Brussels sprouts. *GF
Sautéed chicken and sliced almonds in a sauce finished with a touch of orange marmalade. Comes with jasmine rice and roasted Brussels sprouts or carrots. GF
Ground beef and loads of shredded veggies in taco-style seasoning rolled in a flour tortilla, topped with cheese and baked. Comes with salsa and sour cream. Add guacamole, +$2/portion
Friday
Chicken marinated in green goddess dressing roasted and served on a bed of mixed vegetables with shredded Romaine lettuce and additional dressing. *GF
Small and Simple Baked ham with scalloped potatoes and a side vegetable. *GF
Small and Simple Breaded and browned chicken breast topped with tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese, and Mozzarella. Comes with sauce-dressed pasta and a side vegetable.
